Since 2013 MyHousing mediates in supply and demand of rental properties between tenants and landlords. We offer a customized service with a personal approach and a transparent way of working.

• Rental: MyHousing rents out 1000+ properties for various private investors. Our focus is on rooms, studios and apartments in and around Eindhoven. Additionally, we are active in cities like 's Hertogenbosch, Tilburg, Utrecht and Waalwijk. Our tenants are mostly expats, starters and (international) students.

• Management: MyHousing has 500+ properties under management. We take care of the total financial and technical management. This means the rent is collected, technical defects are fixed and the entire communication between tenant and landlord is taken care of. MyHousing also offers the possibility to purchase various services, such as cleaning, internet, furnishing and energy.

• Buying and selling of investment properties: MyHousing is active as a real estate agent of investment properties for sale and purchase. Thanks to more than 10 years of experience in real estate, we have a large network of investors and real estate partners at our disposal. We manage the entire sales process from start to finish when buying or selling investment properties.
