Rental mediation:
The ideal solution, if you want us to find the right tenant for your home. We look for a suitable tenant, schedule the viewings and carry out the handover of keys. In addition, we provide accompanying documentation such as rental agreements and inspection forms. With the rental mediation, if desired, a price indication can also be given for the property. As a company, we are at the heart of the rental market and, based on our experience, can determine a market-based suggested rental price for the home.
As an additional service, we are happy to think along with you about further rental price structure such as: service costs, incl./excl. rent and furnishing.
Technical management:
If you want to outsource the technical management, we take the contact with the tenant out of your hands and we handle all possible defects within the houses.
When the tenant reports a defect, we immediately send a specialist to check out the problem. We can guarantee professional technical management, as we have an extensive network of external specialists.
Financial management:
We can also take care of the financial tasks of renting out your home.
We collect the deposit and rent, (monthly) invoice the rent and implement rent increases annually. The above management options can be fully personalized.
